We are fundamentally a recruitment agency, helping the youth into employment.

Guidance, motivation and business development for young people
We employ 18–60 year olds to mentor, organise and manage our youth. We play an important role in guidance, motivation and business development for young people, and we recruit on behalf of Attentive Management Ltd.

Legal business, real accountability
Why legal business works
We help the youth learn legal business, taking them away from drug dealing and knife crime. It is understood that when these young people learn legal business, they are no longer interested in making money with such negativity attached.
We seek to help more young people start their own legal businesses and help those businesses grow, benefitting them and anybody like them.
Vetted, trained and accountable
All of our clients are appropriately vetted, trained, and fully capable of dealing with the complexities that naturally come with youth development.
