RPND — the organisation
We are fundamentally a recruitment agency, helping the youth into employment.
We employ 18–60 year olds to mentor, organise and manage our youth. We play an important role in guidance, motivation and business development for young people, and we recruit on behalf of Attentive Management Ltd.

Music has the power to change lives. Positive Music exists to give young people a safe, creative environment where they can express themselves, build confidence, and develop real opportunities for the future.
Through professional studio sessions, mentoring, and music production, participants learn how to turn their creativity into something positive while exploring legitimate pathways into the music and creative industries. Every session is designed to encourage personal growth, teamwork, communication, and resilience.
Whether a young person is writing their first song, recording in a professional studio, or learning the business behind the music, Positive Music provides the support, guidance, and inspiration needed to help them move forward.

From the first bar to the finished release
We take young people who need guidance into the music studio, help them record their audio, help them record their videos — then get that work in front of an audience through our distribution channels, right across the United Kingdom.
Trap, drill, rap, emo, hip hop and grime have given talented young people a way to express themselves, rather than act out what they imagine — which has proved fatal in many cases. Many come from hardship and have no platform, which leaves them vulnerable and to their own devices. Positive Music gives them that platform, through art, sport and entertainment.
It is a freedom of speech advocacy movement too: celebrating modern British heritage while carrying forward an older British idea, made famous by the likes of Speakers' Corner at Hyde Park.

Our approach
Why legal business works
We help the youth learn legal business, taking them away from drug dealing and knife crime. It is understood that when these young people learn legal business, they are no longer interested in making money with such negativity attached.
We seek to help more young people start their own legal businesses and help those businesses grow — benefitting them and anybody like them.
