About us
RPND, the organisation
We are fundamentally a recruitment agency, helping the youth into employment.
We employ 18–60 year olds to mentor, organise and manage our youth. We play an important role in guidance, motivation and business development for young people, and we recruit on behalf of Attentive Management Ltd.

Positive Music gives young people a safe, creative environment to express themselves, build confidence and develop real opportunities, through professional studio sessions, mentoring and music production, and by getting their work in front of an audience through our distribution channels across the UK.
How do music download codes work?
Make a contribution and we’ll email you a one-time download code. Enter it on the Music Library page to unlock your track. Your money goes straight back into studio time, mentoring and equipment.
