Yahya was a constant support from the inception of my business, which began with just us trying to grow RPND and Attentive Management.  Today, Attentive Management has positively impacted over 100 young people. This achievement would not have been possible without Yahya's guidance, both in business and everyday activities. His core principle of never giving up has profoundly empowered me. Yahya's deep understanding of the root causes affecting youth is why RPND will succeed in steering young people away from crime and providing them with valuable opportunities.

RPND has benefited Attentive Management massively by recruiting over 100 staff across the UK for Attentive Management. Not only did RPND recruit these young people, Yahya and RPND provided Training for Outreaching, Team Leadership, Sales Management and Recruitment to the staff. He also mentored the young people, catering to their needs and troubles. RPND helped massively with strategically changing and expanding Attentive Management into what it is today. Without RPND, Attentive Management would not have prevailed and became the success that it is today!

RPND has incorporated a diversified marketing strategy which Attentive Management has replicated with Yahya’s assistance. Overall, with Yahya's expertise, guidance and support, Attentive Management is positively impacting an increasing number of the youth to make amends and to personally develop.
